Highfields Spencer is part of The Spencer Academies Trust, and is closely linked with Wyndham Primary Academy, also within the Trust. As an Ofsted outstanding school and the host school for the Research School within the Derby Opportunity Area, Wyndham leads on educational research and development across Derbyshire and beyond. Highfields also works in partnership with our two brand new schools that opened in September 2019 – Chellaston Fields and The Mease in Hilton.

We are keen to create a high performing school based on developing growth mindsets and an exciting and knowledge-rich curriculum to serve our local community. At Highfields Spencer, all children learn in an environment that helps them to thrive and understand that their learning has no limits.
