The Spencer Academies Trust adds value to schools through dedicated support programmes including partnership working; leadership and middle-leader development programmes, and a strong strategic focus on improvement.
90% of Trust schools which have been inspected while part of the Spencer group are classed as outstanding or good, having shown sustained improvement over previous results. A third of current trust schools were judged to have outstanding leadership when last inspected and in over 90%, leadership is at the least rated as good.
